He has handled end to end processes for large multi-national organizations with workforces of over 15000 people. His domain experience spans across payroll processing, formulating compensation structures for new organizations, restructuring the structures for employees to maximize tax benefits, grade and title restructuring and other personal Income tax related matters.

Further, Naresh is adept at handling all issues pertaining to statutory compliances applicable to individuals and organizations. He has the experience of not only advising organizations in these matters but also liase with the respective government departments to execute necessary actions in this regard.

Nageswar Vedantam is an experienced professional with over 15 years of experience in the HR arena. He has worked with different organizations in the manufacturing sector and brings a rich basket of experiences from all the areas of HR Operations and statutory compliances.

At HeRitage Nageswar leads outsourced HR operations for some of our customers and handles their end to end people agenda working closely with the management team.

Rajkumar VSP is an qualified HR & Administration professional with over 15 years of extensive exposure and experience across the financial services, pharmaceutical and consulting sectors.

During this tenure he has independently handled the entire gamut of HR activties ranging from Manpower Analysis, Recruitment, Induction, Joining, Payroll, Leave & Attendance, Compensation & Benefits, Statutory Compliances, Performance Appraisals, Merit Increase Exercises, Exit formalities including Full & Final settlements, Facilities & Event Management, Contract Manpower Deployment, MIS & HR Budget. Further, he brings rich and indepth experience in the IR domain.

In addition to being a commerce graduate, Rajkumar holds a Diploma in Computer Applications & is pursuing his Masters in HR with SV University.
