With more than 30 years of experience working with organizations in India, US, APAC, UK, and Belgium, she has managed overseas and domestic assignments working with multicultural teams.

Anjali’s expertise in handling the diverse roles successfully is anchored in her ability to connect with people and a deep understanding of business practices of a wide range of sectors aligned with a strong focus on value creation for the organizations and their people. She has honed her skills working with organizations such as TCS, Wipro, TATA Business Support Services, Rockwell Collins, Mylan Labs, IIM Ahmedabad, Northern Ireland Housing Executive, among others. She has led large global teams and change management projects and technology implementations.

A certified leadership coach, Anjali has been closely involved in exclusive hiring for leadership positions, in addition to coaching and mentoring them. Anjali is the recipient of several international and national awards. Anjali is a visiting faculty in Human Resources Management at the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, Hyderabad and University of Hyderabad. She is currently pursuing her PhD from Xavier School of Management (XLRI). She also has a Master Trainer Certification from the British Council in English Communication and Testing and is a Certified “ENNEAGRAM Practitioner”.
In a parallel world, Anjali is a proud daughter and mom. Her family comprises her parents who are accomplished Pediatricians and her two daughters who are pursuing their professional studies in medicine. She is a fitness enthusiast, plays badminton regularly, loves reading and gardening.

Sanjay is a highly accomplished HR professional with multi-sector, multi-geography experience in the corporate sector. He has handled the entire gamut of strategic and operational initiatives in the HR domain right from Talent Development, Employee Engagement and Succession Planning to Leadership Development for organizations like ICICI Bank, DELL Computers, GE Capital Satyam Group (now Tech Mahindra), Mylan Inc. and Ashok Leyland. His 25 years of experience spans IT and ITeS, Banking, Pharmaceutical, Automotive and hospitality.

Sanjay’s biggest forte is his ability to envision the growth map of an organization and align its HR policies in line and developing a robust implementation roadmap for optimal organizational growth. He is also an expert in implementing HR technology projects for large corporations including MNCs.

As a strategic partner, Sanjay has been involved in advising business leaders and supporting them in setting up HR functions and talent development verticals in various organizations right from large scale corporates to MSMEs and start-ups.

Sanjay is also an executive coach and has managed multiple coaching assignments for mid and senior level business leaders in Satyam, Mylan Inc. and Ashok Leyland. He has deep insights on creating competency frameworks, career path matrices, and customized leadership development initiatives for leaders to managers. Popular as a people’s manager, Sanjay is the recipient of numerous awards over the years.

Sanjay is a certified Senior Professional of Human Resources and member of the Society for Human Resource Development (SHRM), USA. He is also a certified assessor for INSIGHTS, a specialized psychometric tool through INSIGHTS Corporation, Canada. He holds a MBA in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Management Development, Seychelles, and is an Executive Education alumnus from the Indian School of Business (ISB). He is also a life member of the National Human Resource Development (NHRD) network and Indian Society of Training & Development (ISTD).

Sanjay’s interests are as eclectic as him. A hexalingual, he is proficient in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, German, Creole and basic French. He is a voracious reader,has a special interest inunderstanding and learning ancient Hindu scriptures and traditions in addition tobeing an aspiring Carnatic singer too.
